About

An online reputation management company built around one rule: never do anything on a client's behalf that we couldn't explain in public.

Reputation management has a trust problem. Plenty of firms in this industry sell fake reviews, promise removals they can’t deliver, or build networks of spam sites that collapse the moment Google notices. Their clients often end up worse off than when they started.

We started 123 Reputation Management to do the opposite: tell people honestly what can and can’t be fixed, then do the slow, legitimate work that actually changes what people see when they search.

Who’s behind 123 Reputation Management

123 Reputation Management is a reputation management product by Marketing Agency SG, a full-service digital marketing agency based in Singapore.

That matters because reputation work is rarely one skill. Fixing what people see when they search draws on the agency’s SEO, content, PR and social media teams: people who understand how search results are ranked, how to write pages that deserve to rank, how to work with journalists, and how to handle a difficult conversation on social platforms.

Why we’re building a free Name Scanner

We believe everyone deserves a second chance to clean up their reputation.

Over the years we’ve seen who gets hurt most by what search results say. It’s rarely the people who can afford a law firm or a PR agency. It’s the person whose ex posted private photos, the employee named in a news story about someone else’s wrongdoing, the parent whose home address was shared in a hostile forum, or someone who made a mistake years ago and still sees it every time an employer looks them up. Some are victims. Some were implicated in something they had little or nothing to do with. Some did something wrong, owned it and changed. All of them deserve a fair way to move forward.

For most of these people, the first steps are the hardest: finding everything that’s out there, working out which results can legitimately be removed, and writing to each site in a way that gets taken seriously. That routine work is what law firms and PR firms charge for, and it’s what puts help out of reach.

So we’re building the free Name Scanner to do that work for you. It finds harmful results about you, ranks them by how serious they are, and drafts the removal requests for you to review and send yourself. It’s launching soon, and it will be free to use.

Paid for by us, not by you

We’re building the scanner at our own expense, and we’ll cover the cost of running it, including the AI processing behind every scan. There’s no account to create and no billing.

The scanner isn’t a money-making project, and it isn’t a sales funnel. We’re doing it because we think it’s the right thing to do, and because giving back to the community matters to us. If a result needs more than a letter, the “Get expert help” button is there, but using the scanner will never oblige you to buy anything.

Privacy first

A tool that deals with the worst things online about a person has to treat their information carefully. The scanner is being designed around a few firm commitments:

  • Your data stays with you. Your scan details, results and draft letters are stored on your own device, not on our servers.
  • No training on your data. Where the scanner uses an AI model to rank results or draft a letter, we use providers that don’t store that information or use it to train their models.
  • Open to inspection. We plan to publish the scanner’s source code in a public repository, so anyone can check how it handles data rather than taking our word for it.
  • Self-search only. You can search for yourself, or for your child as their parent or guardian. It’s built to protect people, not to dig into them.

How we work

Every engagement follows the same three steps.

  1. Audit. We look at what people really see: page one of Google for your name or brand, your review profiles, social mentions and news. We score what helps, what hurts, and what can legitimately be changed.
  2. Repair. We request removal of content that breaks platform rules or the law, respond to what should be answered, and build accurate, high-quality content that outranks the rest.
  3. Protect. We keep your reviews coming in, monitor for new problems, and report every month in plain English.

You get a fixed quote after the audit, and we’ll tell you if something isn’t worth paying for.

Our standards

  • No fake reviews, ever. Every review we help you collect comes from a real customer.
  • No review gating. We ask every customer for feedback, not just the happy ones.
  • No spam. We don’t use link schemes, private blog networks or fake profiles.
  • No false legal claims. We never file fake copyright or defamation complaints. Where legal action is appropriate, we work with your lawyer.
  • No guarantees we can’t keep. Anyone promising guaranteed removal is guessing. We explain what’s realistic before you spend anything.
  • Confidentiality. We don’t name clients or discuss their work without written permission.

What we do

Our core services are review management, negative search result suppression, content removal and personal reputation management, backed by ongoing monitoring. We work with businesses of every size and with individuals, across a range of industries.
