Information on this website

Our guides and service pages are general information about online reputation, reviews, search results and platform policies. They are not legal advice, and reading them does not create a lawyer-client relationship. We are not a law firm. Platform policies and laws change, and although we work to keep our content accurate and current, we cannot promise that every detail is up to date. The free audit

Requesting a free reputation audit does not commit you to anything. The audit reflects what we can see at the time we prepare it, and search results and review profiles change constantly.

Our services

Any paid work is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement, which sets out the scope, fees and terms for that engagement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement applies.

Removal requests, search rankings, review decisions and suspensions are decided by independent third parties such as Google, review platforms and publishers. We do not control those decisions, so we do not promise any particular outcome, ranking, rating or timeline.

Our standards and your responsibilities

We only use methods permitted by the platforms we work with and by applicable law. We do not write fake reviews, selectively solicit reviews, file false legal or copyright claims, or try to hide accurate reporting on matters of genuine public interest. We may decline or end any work that would require those things.

If you engage us, you agree to give us accurate information, to tell us about anything that could affect the work (such as ongoing legal proceedings), and to only ask us to act on content you have a legitimate reason to address.

Using this website

You may read, share and link to our content for personal and business purposes. You may not copy substantial parts of it for republication, use the site in a way that disrupts it or harms others, try to gain unauthorized access to it, or submit false or misleading information through our forms.

Intellectual property

The text, design and branding on this website belong to us or are used with permission. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of them to you.
