Reputation Management by Platform
Yelp, Trustpilot, Glassdoor, Tripadvisor and the BBB each have their own rules on who can post, what gets removed and whether you can ask for reviews. Find the page for your platform below.
All reputation management by platform
Yelp Reputation Management
Yelp works differently from every other review site: you can't ask for reviews, software decides which ones count, and ads change nothing. We manage your page within those rules.

The goal is the same on all review sites for businesses: an accurate, well-managed profile that reassures the people reading it. The route there changes from one platform to the next, because each site sets its own rules.
- Who can post. Some platforms are built around customers, some around employees, and some take complaints as well as reviews. That changes who you’re replying to and what they expect.
- How reviewers are checked. Each platform uses its own mix of automated filtering, human moderation and account checks. Yelp’s recommendation software, for example, decides which reviews count toward your rating.
- Whether you may ask for reviews. Trustpilot lets businesses invite every customer. Yelp asks businesses not to solicit reviews at all. Getting this wrong can mean filtered reviews or a warning banner on your page.
- What gets removed. Every platform removes content that breaks its guidelines, such as conflicts of interest, hate speech or private information. None removes a genuine review just because it’s negative.
That’s why we don’t run the same playbook on every site. A tactic that is encouraged on one of the review platforms can get your profile penalized on another.

Frequently asked questions
Which review platform matters most for my business?
Usually the one that ranks when people search your business name plus “reviews”, and the one your customers use when choosing. For many local businesses that’s Google plus one industry site, such as Yelp for restaurants or Tripadvisor for hotels. The audit shows where your reviews are actually being read.
Can you remove reviews on any platform?
No one can remove genuine reviews on any major platform. We report reviews that break a platform’s own guidelines, and the platform decides. For the rest, replies and a steady flow of genuine reviews do more good.
Do I need to manage every platform I'm listed on?
Not with the same effort. Claim and complete every profile so the details are accurate, then focus replies and review growth on the few platforms your customers actually read.
