Step 1: Audit

Get a Free Reputation Audit

Tell us who or what to audit. Within one business day you'll get a clear picture of what people see and a prioritized plan to improve it.

What your audit covers

  • Search results. Page one of Google for your name or brand, plus common variations like “reviews” and “complaints”, each scored as positive, neutral or negative.
  • Review profiles. Your rating, review volume, recency and response rate on Google and the platforms that matter in your industry.
  • Social and news. Mentions on social media, forums and news sites that show up when people look you up.
  • Removal opportunities. Anything that appears to break a platform’s rules or qualify for a removal request, and what can’t be removed but can be answered or outranked.
  • A prioritized plan. What to fix first, what we’d recommend, realistic timelines, and a fixed quote.

What happens next

  1. We review your request, usually within one business day.
  2. We reply by email with our findings, a prioritized plan and a fixed quote for the work we recommend. If a short call would help explain it, we’ll suggest a time.
  3. You decide. There’s no obligation, and if something isn’t worth paying to fix, we’ll say so.

Who it’s for

The audit is for businesses of any size, from a single location to a multi-location brand, and for individuals: founders, executives, professionals and anyone worried about what comes up when their name is searched. It’s useful whether you’re dealing with a specific problem now, like a bad review or an old news story, or just want to know where you stand.

Confidentiality

Everything you share stays between us. We use your details only to prepare your audit, we don’t add you to marketing lists, and we never name clients or discuss their situation without written permission. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information.

Frequently asked questions

Is the reputation audit really free?

Yes. There’s no charge and no obligation. If you decide to work with us, pricing depends on the scope of the work and is set out in a fixed quote after the audit.

What should I include in my request?

The name or brand you want us to look at, plus anything specific that worries you, such as a particular review, article or search result. The more context you give, the more useful the audit will be.

Can I request an audit for someone else?

You can request one for your business or yourself. If you’re asking on behalf of someone else, such as an executive at your company, please make sure they know and agree.

Confidential. We never share your details.
