Brand24 Pricing: Plans, Limits, Add-Ons and Cancellation Terms
Brand24 pricing as of September 2026: five plans from Individual to Enterprise, keyword and mention limits, which sources each plan covers, add-on fees, cancellation terms and free options.
As of September 2026, Brand24’s pricing page lists four self-serve plans: Individual at $199 a month billed annually ($249 monthly), Team at $299 ($349), Pro at $399 ($499) and Business at $599 ($699). Enterprise starts at $1,499 a month, billed annually. Plans are priced by how many keywords you track and how many mentions you collect each month, not by user, and there’s a 14-day free trial with no credit card.
This guide explains what each plan includes, which sources and features change between plans, the add-on fees, and the renewal and cancellation terms in Brand24’s own terms of service. Everything about Brand24 here comes from its pricing page and terms (last updated June 29, 2026), checked in September 2026. Pricing changes, so check Brand24’s site before you buy.

What changes between Brand24 plans
The keyword and mention limits are the obvious difference, but the sources and features also change. This matters for reputation work, because reviews aren’t covered on the two cheapest plans.

What drives the cost of Brand24
- Keywords. Each brand name, product, competitor or campaign phrase you track uses a keyword. Brand24’s FAQ says the more keywords you track, the higher the plan you’ll need.
- Mention volume. A mention is one result, such as a post, article or comment. Brand24’s FAQ says it never charges more than your plan price if you go over the limit; instead it contacts you about upgrading.
- Sources. If you need review sites, you need Pro or higher. If you need podcasts, you need Business or higher.
- Add-ons. Smart Context Search is an add-on on Pro and Business. The AI Visibility module, which tracks how your brand shows up on AI platforms, is listed as an add-on in the comparison table, though the Enterprise plan card includes it. API access costs an extra $149 on Pro and Business, per the comparison table, and is included on Enterprise. Add-on prices other than the API aren’t published.
- Billing choice. Annual billing saves $50 to $100 a month depending on the plan.
Renewal, cancellation and refund terms
These come from Brand24’s pricing page FAQ and its terms of service. A custom or negotiated deal can have different terms.
- No commitment on standard plans. The pricing FAQ says there’s no commitment and you can cancel at any time.
- Automatic card charges. The terms say card payments renew automatically each subscription period until you cancel, and you should email cancellation to help@brand24.com at least 7 days before the next period starts.
- Money-back guarantee. The pricing FAQ describes a 30-day money-back guarantee, excluding custom plans and deals negotiated with sales.
- Fixed-term agreements. The terms say a fixed-term agreement not terminated at least 30 days before it ends turns into an ongoing agreement, with fees paid in advance for each following period. Ending a promotional fixed-term deal early can mean repaying part of the discount.
- Price changes. Price list changes apply from your next subscription period. You can cancel if you don’t accept them; staying silent for 14 days after notice counts as acceptance.
- Unpaid accounts. If payment lapses, the terms allow Brand24 to block access after 7 days, stop monitoring after 14 days and delete the account after 92 days.
If you sign an annual or custom deal with sales, ask for the renewal notice period in writing and put the date in your calendar.
How to get the right Brand24 plan, and what to ask
- Start the 14-day trial with your real keywords. It shows you how many mentions you actually get, which tells you which mention limit you need.
- Check the sources you care about. If review sites matter to you, test on Pro or higher.
- For Enterprise, contact sales and ask:
- What keyword and mention limits are in the quote?
- Is the AI Visibility module included, and what does it add?
- What’s the contract length, and how much notice do I need to give to cancel?
- Does the 30-day money-back guarantee apply to this deal?
- Compare one other tool. Our list of the best social listening tools covers the main options.
A worked example: choosing a plan
This is an illustrative scenario, not a real client.
A boutique hotel wants to know when it’s mentioned online and when a guest complains in a review. The manager lists her keywords: the hotel name, a common misspelling, the restaurant name and one competitor. That’s 4, which rules out Individual’s 3. Team covers 7 keywords but doesn’t include review sites, so she trials Pro. After two weeks, the trial shows a few hundred mentions, far below Pro’s 40,000 limit, so she knows she’s paying for sources and features rather than volume. She compares that cost with answering reviews directly on each platform and using a free alert tool for the rest.

Our free platform
This one is ours, so weigh that. Our free platform tags every page-one result for your name as positive, neutral or negative; watches for new reviews and mentions and alerts you when one needs a reply; tracks every result as owned pages climb and old ones slip; and reports back every month in plain English. It isn’t a full social listening tool: it doesn’t offer Brand24’s influencer analysis, share-of-voice metrics or AI Insights, and it doesn’t send review requests or offer webchat, payments, listings sync, integrations, AI replies, or broadcast monitoring and press databases. If you mainly need to know when something about you needs attention, it may be enough. Start with a free reputation audit, or see our reputation monitoring service if you want people to watch and respond for you.
Free alert tools
Google Alerts and Talkwalker Alerts both send free email alerts, and F5Bot’s free plan covers Reddit, Hacker News and Lobsters. None of them gives you sentiment dashboards or reports. Our guide to Google Alerts alternatives compares them, and our guide to tracking brand mentions shows how to set up a free routine.
