Bazaarvoice doesn’t publish prices. As of September 2026, its pricing page lists three Ratings and Reviews packages (Essentials, Advanced and Enterprise) with no dollar figures, and every “Get started” button leads to a form for the sales team. Each package is “paired with a recommended implementation service,” and Bazaarvoice’s main services agreement sets out 12-month auto-renewal, 60 days’ notice to cancel and annual fee increases on 75 days’ notice.

This guide covers what each Bazaarvoice package includes, what’s likely to drive your quote, the contract terms you can read before you talk to sales, the questions to ask, and cheaper options with published prices. Everything about Bazaarvoice here comes from its own pricing page, package descriptions and main services agreement, checked in September 2026. We don’t repeat third-party price estimates, because they can’t be checked against Bazaarvoice’s own pages. Packages and terms change, so check Bazaarvoice’s current pricing page and your service order before you sign.

What Bazaarvoice’s pricing page shows (as of September 2026)

The page is headed “Bazaarvoice Offerings” and groups products under three headings: Source (sampling, creator marketing and ambassadors), Display (ratings and reviews, questions and answers, social commerce) and Amplify (syndication to retailers, insights and reports). There are no prices anywhere on it. The only way to get a number is the “Get started” form, after which “our sales team will be in touch shortly.”

So the honest answer to “how much does Bazaarvoice cost?” is that it depends on your quote. Bazaarvoice says its offerings run “from small businesses to enterprises,” but the structure (implementation services, client success managers, retail syndication) is built for brands and retailers running a large review program.

Bazaarvoice Ratings and Reviews packages

Package What the pricing page lists Price
Essentials Several types of review submission forms, UGC program insights, conversion reports, review request emails, customizable templates, product catalog management, translated content Not published
Advanced Everything in Essentials, plus Questions and Answers, text message review collection, and dedicated Client Success support Not published
Enterprise Everything in Essentials and Advanced, plus Ratings and Reviews APIs, a mobile SDK for iOS and Android, review highlights, custom guidelines, twice-yearly business reviews with a designated Client Success Manager, and retail syndication through the Bazaarvoice Network Not published

The page adds: “actual features provided may vary from what is shown depending on package selected, location, and/or region.” Bazaarvoice’s separate package descriptions page goes further, and it doesn’t match the pricing page exactly. For brands that collect, display and distribute reviews, it describes Essentials as sending content to one retailer on the Bazaarvoice Network and Advanced as sending it to all retailers on the network. The pricing page, by contrast, lists retail syndication under Enterprise. Ask sales which version your quote follows.

Other Bazaarvoice products that affect the bill

  • Social Commerce has its own Essentials, Advanced and Enterprise tiers (shoppable galleries, Instagram content sourcing, social listening and more).
  • Sampling through its Influenster community “can be bought with or without Ratings & Reviews/Social Commerce.”
  • Support plans are sold at more than one level, including Standard, Priority and Enterprise.

What drives the cost of a Bazaarvoice quote

Bazaarvoice doesn’t publish a formula. Its pricing page and agreements point to these cost drivers:

  • The package tier. Essentials, Advanced or Enterprise, for each product you buy.
  • How many products you buy. Ratings and reviews, social commerce, sampling and creator marketing are sold separately.
  • Implementation. Every package is paired with a recommended implementation service.
  • Retail syndication. Sending reviews to retailer sites depends on your package, and on whether it covers one retailer or the whole network.
  • Extra APIs. The package descriptions say additional APIs may be available “for additional fees as outlined in the respective service order.”
  • Support level. Priority and Enterprise support sit above Standard.
  • Taxes. The main services agreement says fees exclude taxes.

Contract terms you can read before you talk to sales

Bazaarvoice publishes its main services agreement (version 5.3, released October 31, 2023, revised September 2024) on its client agreements page. Your service order can override some of these terms, so read both.

Item What the agreement says Why it matters
Initial term Set in your service order Ask for the length in writing
Auto-renewal Each service renews automatically for 12 months unless either side gives written notice at least 60 days before the term ends Miss the window and you’re committed for another year
Price increases Bazaarvoice may increase recurring fees annually with 75 days’ prior written notice Budget for a higher second year unless you negotiate a cap
Payment Invoices are due 30 days after the invoice date, unless the service order says otherwise Plan cash flow from the invoice date
Refunds A pro-rata refund of prepaid fees applies when termination is due solely to Bazaarvoice’s breach Otherwise, expect to pay for the full term
Your data after you leave Bazaarvoice has no obligation to keep client data beyond 90 days after services end Export your reviews and media before the term ends

How to get a Bazaarvoice quote, and what to ask

  1. Decide which jobs you need done. For example: collect product reviews after purchase, show them on product pages, answer shopper questions, and get reviews onto a named retailer’s site.
  2. Fill in the “Get started” form. Expect a call from sales.
  3. Ask for line items. Request separate figures for each package, the implementation service, support level and any API or syndication fees.
  4. Ask these questions in writing:
    • What’s the initial term, and is the 60-day non-renewal notice in our service order?
    • Can the annual fee increase be capped?
    • Does our package syndicate to one retailer or to the whole network, and which retailers matter for our products?
    • Is the implementation service required, and what does it cost?
    • How do we export all our reviews and media if we leave?
    • If we use sampling, how are the resulting reviews labeled for shoppers?
  5. Get a second quote. Compare at least one tool with published prices (see below).

That sampling question matters. Bazaarvoice’s pricing page describes shoppers who “receive products from your favorite brands in exchange for honest reviews.” Free products are an incentive, and the FTC expects material connections like that to be clearly disclosed. Our guide to incentivized reviews explains the rules.

A worked example: is Bazaarvoice worth a quote?

This is an illustrative scenario, not a real client.

A kitchenware brand sells through its own store and two large US retailers. Its marketing lead wants its own customers’ reviews to appear on those retailer product pages, which is what Bazaarvoice’s syndication is for. She asks for a quote that shows Advanced and Enterprise side by side, confirms which package reaches both retailers, and asks for the implementation fee as a separate line. She also prices REVIEWS.io’s Plus plan, which lists Bazaarvoice syndication, and Yotpo Premium with its retail syndication add-on, to see whether a cheaper route reaches the same retailers.

If her brand only sold through its own store, Bazaarvoice’s biggest strength wouldn’t apply, and a tool with published prices would likely be the simpler choice.

Our free platform

This one is ours, so weigh that. Our free platform tags every page-one result for your name as positive, neutral or negative; watches for new reviews and mentions and alerts you when one needs a reply; tracks every result as owned pages climb and old ones slip; and reports back every month in plain English. It doesn’t collect product reviews, show them on your site or syndicate them to retailers, so it doesn’t replace Bazaarvoice. It shows you what shoppers see beyond your product pages. Start with a free reputation audit, and see our ecommerce reputation management page if you’d like help running a review program.
