As of September 2026, Yotpo publishes prices for its Reviews product. There’s a free plan, Starter starts at $15 a month (for up to 50 orders a month), Pro starts at $169 a month (for up to 500 orders a month), and Premium and Enterprise are custom quotes. The price rises with your monthly order volume, and Yotpo’s terms say subscriptions auto-renew unless you give 30 days’ written notice.

This guide covers what each Yotpo Reviews plan includes, what pushes the price up, the contract terms in Yotpo’s terms of service, what to ask before you sign, and the cheaper options. Everything about Yotpo here comes from its own pricing page and terms of service, checked in September 2026. Yotpo changes its packaging often, so check the live pricing page and your written quote before you decide.

Yotpo Reviews plans and prices (as of September 2026)

Yotpo sells several products (Reviews & UGC, Loyalty & Referrals, and Discover for AI visibility), plus a Bundle of Reviews and Loyalty. This page is about Reviews, the product most people mean when they search for Yotpo pricing. The pricing page uses an order calculator: you enter your monthly orders and it shows the plan price for that band.

Plan Published price How you buy it
Free Free Sign up online
Starter From $15 a month (up to 50 orders a month); higher order bands cost more Sign up online
Pro From $169 a month (up to 500 orders a month); higher order bands cost more, up to 10,000 orders a month Contact us
Premium Custom quote Contact us (“Reach out for a custom quote”)
Enterprise Custom quote Contact us

The figures inside the calculator have varied between versions of the page, so we only quote the starting prices here. Run your own order count through the calculator on Yotpo’s pricing page to see your band.

Yotpo also sells a Bundle of Reviews and Loyalty, which it says “costs less than buying each product separately.” It doesn’t publish a percentage saving, and the saving only matters if you need both products.

What each Yotpo Reviews plan includes

Yotpo’s feature breakdown table lists dozens of rows. These are the differences most stores notice first.

  • Automatic review request emails after purchase, plus reminder requests
  • Reviews import from another provider
  • A product reviews widget, star ratings and a reviews tab
  • Review moderation, a sentiment and profanity check, and review tagging
  • An SEO page and a reviews dashboard
  • Support through an AI chatbot

Starter adds

  • Photo and video reviews, manual review requests and an email editor
  • Removal of Yotpo branding, product grouping and a reviews carousel
  • Google rich snippets, site (store) reviews and sharing to Google Shopping ads
  • Social syndication to Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
  • Review coupons and email support

Pro adds

  • Google Seller Ratings, which Yotpo’s pricing page lists from Pro upward
  • Custom questions, AI review summaries, smart sorting and attribute filters
  • Community Q&A and a reviews media gallery
  • Multi-user management, reporting templates, and Klaviyo and Gorgias integrations
  • 24/7 technical support

Premium adds

  • AI smart filters, top review highlights and AI insights
  • An advanced CSS editor and custom display widgets
  • API and webhooks, help desk integrations and multi-store management
  • A customer onboarding manager, customer success management and a dedicated optimization strategist

Some items are marked as add-ons rather than included. On Pro, Visual UGC is an “add-on for annual plan”. Retail syndication is an add-on, and syndication to retail partners through Bazaarvoice and PowerReviews is a Premium add-on.

What drives the cost of Yotpo

  • Monthly orders. This is the main lever for Starter and Pro. Every band on the calculator is defined by orders per month.
  • Going over your order limit. Yotpo’s FAQ says brands on Pro can switch on a “reviews booster” that keeps sending review requests past the limit for an additional fee, or upgrade and pay the prorated difference. Ask how overages are billed on your contract.
  • Your ecommerce platform. Yotpo supports Shopify, Shopify Plus, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce, BigCommerce and WooCommerce, but says “non-shopify platforms may require additional implementation and maintenance fees.”
  • More than one domain. Yotpo supports multiple domains, and says additional fees may apply.
  • Add-ons and other products. Visual UGC, retail syndication and Loyalty all add cost, and Yotpo’s feature table lists live moderation by its Professional Services team for an additional fee.

Contract, renewal and cancellation terms

Yotpo’s pricing FAQ says it offers “flexible month-to-month plans for those just getting started as well as annual contracts for brands looking for extra service and support.”

These points come from Yotpo’s terms of service, updated March 22, 2026. Your order form can change some of them, so read both.

Item What the terms say
Auto-renewal After the initial term, the agreement renews automatically for the shorter of the subscription term or one year, unless either side gives written notice at least 30 days before the current term ends
Price at renewal Yotpo can increase pricing for a renewal term with written notice at least 30 days before the current term ends
Refunds Except for termination over an uncured material breach, fees paid are non-refundable; credits and bonuses are never refundable
Late payment If overdue amounts aren’t paid, Yotpo can invoice all remaining fees for the current term at once, due within seven days
Free plan Runs until terminated, and Yotpo can end free services at any time for any reason

How to get a Yotpo quote, and what to ask

  1. Count your real monthly orders. Use a recent average, and note your peak season. The order band is what sets your Starter or Pro price.
  2. List the features you’ll actually use. If you mainly need review requests, a widget and Google stars, check whether Starter or Pro covers it before you take a Premium call.
  3. Ask these questions in writing:
    • Is this a month-to-month plan or an annual contract?
    • What happens, and what does it cost, if we go over our order limit in November and December?
    • Are there implementation or maintenance fees for our platform?
    • Which items on the quote are add-ons, and what does each one cost?
    • How much notice will we get of a price increase at renewal, and can it be capped?
    • If we leave, how do we export our reviews and photos?
  4. Get a second quote. Compare at least one other tool with published pricing, such as REVIEWS.io or Trustpilot (see below).

One compliance note. Yotpo’s Starter plan includes review coupons. Under the FTC’s 2024 rule on consumer reviews, you can’t make an incentive depend on the review being positive, and Google’s policies don’t allow incentives for Google reviews at all. Our guide to incentivized reviews covers how to keep an on-site coupon program honest.

A worked example: picking a band

This is an illustrative scenario, not a real client.

A candle shop on Shopify averages about 40 orders a month, rising to about 300 in December. The owner starts on the free plan to test automatic review requests. Six months later she wants photo reviews and Google rich snippets, which puts her on Starter. Before upgrading she checks two things:

  1. What her December volume does to the price. At 300 orders she’s well above the 50-order entry band, so she runs 300 through Yotpo’s calculator rather than budgeting on $15.
  2. Whether she needs Google Seller Ratings. Yotpo lists them from Pro, which starts at $169 a month, so she compares that with a tool that includes seller ratings at a lower tier.

Her decision rests on the features she needs at her real order volume, not the headline “from” price.

Our free platform

This one is ours, so weigh that. Our free platform tags every page-one result for your name as positive, neutral or negative; watches for new reviews and mentions and alerts you when one needs a reply; tracks every result as owned pages climb and old ones slip; and reports back every month in plain English. It doesn’t send review requests, show reviews on your product pages or add Google stars, so it doesn’t replace a product review app like Yotpo. It covers the watching side, and pairs well with Yotpo’s free plan. Start with a free reputation audit. If you’d rather have a team handle requests and replies, see our review management service, and for store owners, our page on ecommerce reputation management.

Other review apps

REVIEWS.io publishes prices by region and invite volume; our REVIEWS.io pricing guide explains how its plans and terms work. If you’re weighing two invite-based platforms, our Feefo vs Trustpilot comparison sets out the contracts side by side, and our Trustpilot pricing guide covers its renewal terms. Larger brands that sell through retailers often compare Yotpo with Bazaarvoice; see our notes on Bazaarvoice pricing. Frequently asked questions

How much does Yotpo cost per month?

As of September 2026, Yotpo Reviews has a free plan, Starter from $15 a month for up to 50 orders a month, and Pro from $169 a month for up to 500 orders a month. Premium and Enterprise are custom quotes. The price goes up as your monthly orders go up, so check your band on Yotpo’s calculator.

Does Yotpo have a free plan?

Yes. Yotpo lists a free Reviews plan with automatic review requests, reminders, a reviews widget, star ratings and moderation. Its terms say Yotpo can end free services at any time.

Do I need an annual contract with Yotpo?

Not always. Yotpo’s FAQ says it has month-to-month plans for businesses getting started and annual contracts for brands wanting more service. Confirm the term on your order form.

Can I cancel Yotpo at any time?

Yotpo’s terms say agreements auto-renew unless you give written notice at least 30 days before the current term ends, and fees paid are generally non-refundable. Month-to-month plans may be simpler to leave, so ask sales how cancellation works for your plan.

Which Yotpo plan includes Google Seller Ratings?

Yotpo’s feature table lists Google Seller Ratings on Pro and Premium, not on Free or Starter. Starter does include Google rich snippets and sharing reviews to Google Shopping ads.
