REVIEWS.io Pricing: Plans, Invite Limits, Terms and Cheaper Options
REVIEWS.io pricing as of September 2026: a free plan, four paid plans priced by review invites and region, 20% off for annual billing, per-domain pricing and its cancellation terms.
REVIEWS.io has a free plan and four paid plans: Essentials, Start-Up, Grow and Plus. As of September 2026, prices depend on your country and how many review invites you send each month. For a US visitor at the lowest invite level, the pricing page loaded Essentials at $29 a month, Start-Up at $79, Grow at $175 and Plus at $500 on monthly billing, with annual billing about 20% lower. Plans are month-to-month, and each top-level domain is a separate subscription.
This guide explains how REVIEWS.io pricing works, what each plan includes, the fees and cancellation rules in its terms, what to ask before you commit, and the cheaper or free options. Everything about REVIEWS.io here comes from its own pricing page and terms and conditions, checked in September 2026. Its prices change by region and volume, so check the live page for your own figures.
How REVIEWS.io prices its plans
The pricing page isn’t a fixed price list. Three things change the number you see:
- Your country. The page detects where you are and shows prices in your currency. The US, UK, Germany and Australia each get their own price set.
- Your invite volume. A slider asks for your average monthly orders and recommends a plan. As you move it up, the monthly price rises, because more review invites are included.
- Monthly or annual billing. A toggle switches between the two. The page says you “save 20%” with an annual plan, which you set up in the dashboard after signing up.
The page also says pricing “is calculated on a per-domain basis. Each top-level domain is treated as a separate subscription.” If you run a .com and a .co.uk store, expect two subscriptions.
REVIEWS.io plans and starting prices (as of September 2026)
These are the US starting prices the pricing page loaded when we checked, at the lowest invite level for each plan. Your price will be higher if you need more invites.
| Plan | Monthly billing (US) | Annual billing (US, per month) | How you start |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | Free, 25 review invites a month | Free | Sign up |
| Essentials | From $29 | From $23 | 14-day free trial |
| Start-Up | From $79 | From $63 | 14-day free trial |
| Grow | From $175 | From $140 | 14-day free trial |
| Plus | From $500 | From $400 | Book a demo |
Essentials covers up to 300 review invites a month. The higher plans scale with the invite volume you choose on the slider, so read the invite figure on the card before you compare prices.
REVIEWS.io’s FAQ explains what counts as an invite: “Each email or SMS request sent via REVIEWS.io counts as one invite.” If you send requests through another tool such as Klaviyo, it only counts once the customer clicks through to the review page.
What each plan includes
| Plan | Main features listed on the plan card |
|---|---|
| Essentials | Product and company reviews, photo and video collection, automated review collection, 15+ on-site display widgets |
| Start-Up | Everything in Essentials, plus Google Seller Ratings, Google rich snippets, review importing, third-party review collection, Klaviyo integration and 100 SMS invites a month |
| Grow | Everything in Start-Up, plus a reputation manager, AI review summary, competitor analysis, dynamic link, custom attributes, and 100 SMS invites and 100 survey replies a month |
| Plus | Everything in Grow, plus AI review replies, multi-language translation, widget development support, a customer success manager, onboarding support, shoppable UGC galleries, Bazaarvoice syndication and API access |
The page notes that SMS and survey monthly limits can be adjusted in the dashboard, which will change what you pay.
Contract, cancellation and refund terms
REVIEWS.io’s pricing FAQ says: “All plans are month-to-month with transparent invite-based pricing. You’re never locked in.” Its terms and conditions add the detail:
| Item | What the terms say |
|---|---|
| Billing | Fees are due in advance each month; variable charges for going over usage limits are due within five days of the end of each month |
| Canceling | Unless your plan says otherwise, you can end a subscription at any time by contacting REVIEWS.io via live chat; termination takes effect no more than 30 days after they receive notice |
| Refunds | Fees accrued are non-cancellable and non-refundable, and prepaid fees aren’t refunded on cancellation, except for a 14-day cooling-off period where the law requires one |
| Late payment | Service can be suspended, and interest of 1% a month applies to past-due balances (or the legal maximum, if lower) |
| Your data | Download your data before you cancel, because the account and its data may be deleted after termination |
| Reviews after you leave | REVIEWS.io reserves the right to keep displaying reviews written on REVIEWS.io after your subscription is canceled |
That last point matters if you’re choosing between platforms. Reviews collected on REVIEWS.io’s own site can stay public after you leave. The pricing FAQ also says you own your review and UGC content and can export it at any time.
Switching from another review platform
REVIEWS.io markets itself to stores leaving other tools. Its pricing page offers a contract buyout: “We’ll honor the remainder of your current contract and help you make a smooth transition.” It says it can import existing reviews from platforms including Yotpo, Okendo and Trustpilot, keeping ratings, timestamps and authorship. Review importing is listed from the Start-Up plan.
If you’re considering a buyout, get the terms in writing: how much of your old contract they’ll cover, whether it’s a credit or a payment, and whether it ties you to a minimum term with them.
How to get the right REVIEWS.io quote
- Work out your invite volume. Count how many orders you ship a month and whether you’ll also send SMS invites. Every email or SMS request is one invite.
- Check your country’s prices. The page shows prices for the region it detects, so a US and a UK store will see different figures.
- Count your domains. Each top-level domain is a separate subscription.
- Pick the lowest plan with the features you need. If Google Seller Ratings matter, you need Start-Up or above. If you want AI review replies, that’s Plus.
- Use the 14-day trial. Test the widgets and invite flow on your store before paying.
- Ask these questions:
- What happens to the price if we exceed our invite limit in a busy month?
- If we pay annually, is any part refundable if we leave early?
- Which of our reviews will stay visible on REVIEWS.io if we cancel?
- Do review requests go to every customer, with no filtering by expected rating?
That last question matters with any review tool. Google’s review policies prohibit review gating (only asking customers you expect to be happy), and the FTC has warned that the practice can mislead consumers. Our guide to review gating explains what to look for.
A worked example: choosing a plan
This is an illustrative scenario, not a real client.
A US skincare brand ships about 250 orders a month and wants Google stars in its shopping ads. Essentials would cover the invites, but Google Seller Ratings start at Start-Up, from $79 a month on monthly billing. The founder trials Start-Up for 14 days, confirms the Shopify widgets work, and stays on monthly billing for the first quarter. Once review volume is steady, she switches to annual billing for the 20% saving, knowing the prepaid year isn’t refundable.

Our free platform
This one is ours, so weigh that. Our free platform tags every page-one result for your name as positive, neutral or negative; watches for new reviews and mentions and alerts you when one needs a reply; tracks every result as owned pages climb and old ones slip; and reports back every month in plain English. It doesn’t send review invites, show widgets or add Google stars, so it’s not a substitute for REVIEWS.io. It’s a free way to keep an eye on the wider picture. Start with a free reputation audit, or see our review management service if you’d like people to handle requests and replies.
Other review apps
Yotpo prices by monthly orders rather than invites; our Yotpo pricing guide sets out its bands and renewal terms. If you’re deciding between invite-only reviews and an open public profile, see our Feefo vs Trustpilot comparison. For brands selling through big retailers, our notes on Bazaarvoice pricing explain why it’s quote-only. For more choices, see our Yotpo alternatives and our guide to review widgets.
