The best Yotpo alternative depends on why you’re leaving. If cost is the reason, Judge.me lists a free plan and a flat $15 a month paid plan. If you want another all-in-one Shopify retention suite, Okendo is the closest match. REVIEWS.io and Feefo suit stores that want multi-channel review collection with Google seller ratings, Bazaarvoice suits brands selling through retailers, and Trustpilot suits businesses that want a public company profile as well as product reviews.

This page compares those options as of September 2026, using each company’s own pricing and product pages. It’s research-based: we haven’t run these apps on a live store, and there are no star ratings or scores here, for anyone. Prices change often in this category, so check each company’s pricing page before you switch.

What Yotpo costs now (as of September 2026)

It’s worth knowing your starting point. Yotpo’s pricing page for Reviews & UGC uses a monthly order volume calculator:

  • Free: a limited plan for up to 50 orders a month, with automatic review requests, a reviews widget, star ratings, moderation, an SEO page and analytics. Photo and video reviews, Google rich snippets and removing Yotpo branding aren’t included.
  • Starter: from $15 a month, with the price rising as your monthly order volume grows. Self-serve sign-up.
  • Pro: from $169 a month (for up to 500 orders a month), rising with order volume. Adds seller ratings and AI-driven display features. The sign-up button is “Contact us”.
  • Premium and Enterprise: custom quotes.

Yotpo also sells Loyalty & Referrals and a Bundle of the two, which it says costs less than buying each product separately. If you use both reviews and loyalty, compare bundle prices, not just the reviews line.

Check the renewal terms too. Yotpo’s terms of service (updated March 22, 2026) say agreements renew automatically unless either side gives written notice at least 30 days before the term ends, Yotpo can raise renewal pricing with 30 days’ written notice, and fees paid are non-refundable. Our breakdown of what Yotpo charges at each tier covers the order bands and the extra fees to ask about.

Why businesses look for Yotpo alternatives

  • Cost as order volume grows. Yotpo’s price steps up with monthly orders, so a store that grows can move into a noticeably higher tier.
  • Features locked to higher tiers. Photo and video reviews start at Starter, and seller ratings start at Pro.
  • Sales process. Pro, Premium and Enterprise go through “Contact us” rather than self-serve checkout.
  • Fit. Some stores want a lighter reviews-only app; others want retailer syndication or a public company profile that Yotpo isn’t built around.

The alternatives in detail

1. Our free platform (123 Reputation Management)

This one is ours, and it’s a different kind of tool, so be clear about the fit. Our free platform tags every page-one result for your name as positive, neutral or negative; watches for new reviews and mentions and alerts you when one needs a reply; tracks every result as owned pages climb and old ones slip; and reports back every month in plain English. It doesn’t collect product reviews or send review requests, put widgets on your store or connect to Shopify, and it has no webchat, payments, listings sync, integrations, AI replies, or broadcast monitoring and press databases. It’s useful alongside a review app, to catch what customers say about your brand off-site, on Google, Trustpilot and elsewhere. Start with a free reputation audit.

2. Judge.me

Judge.me lists two plans: Free, and Awesome at $15 a month. It focuses on Shopify stores. Its pricing page blocked our automated check in September 2026, so confirm what each plan includes, and the cancellation terms, on its site before you switch.

Strengths: very low, predictable published pricing, with a free plan. Weaknesses: best suited to Shopify; check feature limits on the free plan yourself.

3. Okendo

Okendo sells Reviews, Loyalty, Quizzes, Referrals and Surveys, either individually or as a platform. Its pricing page uses a monthly order volume calculator; the Okendo Platform plans show custom pricing through sales. Its FAQ says platform and bundle subscriptions normally require annual terms, while individual products can be bought monthly or annually. Okendo says it can import your existing reviews and that its onboarding team helps.

Strengths: the closest like-for-like swap if you use Yotpo for reviews and loyalty; review import help. Weaknesses: platform pricing isn’t published; annual terms for bundles.

4. REVIEWS.io

REVIEWS.io lists a free plan with 25 review invites and paid tiers called Essentials, Start-Up, Grow and Plus, with a 14-day free trial. As of September 2026, US prices at the lowest invite level are Essentials $29 a month ($23 a month billed annually), Start-Up $79 ($63), Grow $175 ($140) and Plus $500 ($400); prices vary by country and invite volume, so check the figure for your store. Pricing is per domain: each top-level domain is a separate subscription. Its pricing page also says that if you have months left on another provider’s contract, “We’ll honor the remainder of your current contract.” Ask exactly what that covers before you rely on it. Our REVIEWS.io plan and price guide sets out the invite levels and terms.

Strengths: free entry point; SMS invites from the Start-Up tier; offers help with switching. Weaknesses: per-domain pricing adds up for multi-store brands; check the price in your own currency.

5. Feefo

Feefo’s US pricing page lists Essentials from $200 a month (200 email, 50 WhatsApp and 50 SMS requests, product and service reviews, photo and video uploads, AI summaries and replies), Enhanced from $400 a month (adds custom surveys and an assigned customer success manager), and Plus on a custom price. It says all packages include multi-channel review collection and Google visibility, and it offers migration of existing reviews from your current provider.

Strengths: WhatsApp and SMS requests included; phone, email and chat support on the entry plan. Weaknesses: a higher starting price than self-serve apps. If you’re also weighing Trustpilot, see how Feefo and Trustpilot compare on price and contracts.

6. Bazaarvoice

Bazaarvoice lists Ratings & Reviews packages called Essentials, Advanced and Enterprise, with no prices on the page. its pricing page lists retail syndication across the Bazaarvoice Network under Enterprise, though its package descriptions place some syndication in lower tiers, so confirm with sales, and Bazaarvoice says each package is paired with a recommended implementation service.

Strengths: built for brands whose reviews need to appear on retailer sites. Weaknesses: no published pricing; more than most direct-to-consumer stores need. Our guide to Bazaarvoice’s packages and quotes lists what to ask sales.

7. Trustpilot

Trustpilot is best known for public company profiles. Its plans page lists a free plan with 50 automated invitations a month, Starter from $99 a month billed upfront annually, Plus from $319 and Premium from $799 a month per domain, with product reviews as an add-on on paid plans. Paid contracts are a 12-month prepaid commitment that auto-renews unless you give notice at least 30 days before the period ends, and the price can rise by up to 5% at renewal. See our Trustpilot pricing guide and Trustpilot alternatives for more.

Strengths: a recognized public profile that can rank for your brand name. Weaknesses: 12-month contracts; product reviews cost extra.

How to choose a Yotpo alternative

  1. Write down what you use Yotpo for. Reviews only, or reviews plus loyalty and referrals? That single answer rules out half the list.
  2. Price it at your real order volume. Use each calculator with your monthly orders today and in a year.
  3. Check the must-haves. Photo and video reviews, Google seller ratings and rich snippets, SMS requests, import of old reviews.
  4. Read the contract. Monthly, cancel-anytime billing is very different from annual terms (Okendo bundles, Trustpilot’s 12-month prepaid term, which auto-renews unless you give 30 days’ notice).
  5. Keep requests fair. Whatever you choose, send review requests to every customer, and don’t tie discounts to positive reviews. The FTC’s 2024 rule bans incentives conditioned on sentiment, and our guide to incentivized reviews covers the risks.

For help putting reviews on your store, see our guides to Shopify review apps and displaying reviews on your website. If you want people to manage replies and requests for you, our review management service can help, and our ecommerce reputation management page covers the wider picture.

A worked example: switching on a budget

This is an illustrative scenario, not a real client.

A Shopify candle brand handles about 700 orders a month and uses Yotpo only for reviews. At that volume, Yotpo’s order calculator puts her in a higher Starter band than the $15 entry price. The owner wants photo reviews and Google rich snippets but has no use for loyalty.

She shortlists Judge.me and REVIEWS.io, checks that both can bring over her existing reviews, and exports a full copy from Yotpo first. She runs the new app alongside the old one for a week to make sure review requests send and her product pages still show stars, then cancels Yotpo before her next billing date. If she’d relied on Yotpo’s loyalty features too, Okendo would have been the more natural comparison.
