As of September 2026, it publishes two plans, Starter at $75 a month and Pro at $125 a month (USD), with no contracts, a 14-day free trial, and automated review requests by text and email that fire when a job is marked complete. It suits owner-run service businesses that use job software like Jobber or Housecall Pro. It’s less suited to online stores, businesses that want a CRM or payments tool, or anyone who only wants to monitor reviews.

We haven’t used NiceJob hands-on, and we don’t give star ratings or scores to any product. What NiceJob is
NiceJob describes itself as a growth automation platform for service businesses. Its public information page says it was founded in 2017, is headquartered in London, Ontario, and was acquired by Paystone in October 2021. It’s explicit about what it isn’t: not a field service management tool, scheduler, invoicing system, payment processor or general CRM. Instead it sits on top of those tools.
The core idea is a trigger. When a job closes in your connected software, NiceJob sends a personalized review request by SMS or email, follows up if there’s no response, and stops once a review is left. Pro then adds referral requests, rebooking reminders and email campaigns to the same customer list.

- Reviews. Automated review requests and follow-ups by SMS and email. NiceJob says requests go to all customers after a completed job, and its reviews page lists Google, Facebook and other platforms, real-time alerts, campaign analytics, sentiment tracking and a ratings breakdown by platform.
- Social Proof. Website widgets that show your reviews.
- Social Sharing. Auto-shares your best reviews to Facebook and X, with manual sharing to Instagram and LinkedIn.

- Referrals. Automated referral invitations.
- Broadcasts. Email marketing campaigns with AI-written copy.
- Gifts. Thank-you gifts for loyal customers, available only with the Jobber or QuickBooks integration.
- NPS Surveys and Competitive Intel, which tracks competitors’ review activity and local SEO.
Integrations
NiceJob lists native integrations with Jobber, ServiceTitan and Housecall Pro on its reviews page, and its information page adds QuickBooks Online, FieldPulse, Zendesk, HubSpot, Intercom, Google Business Profile, Facebook and Zapier. You can also upload a customer list to run a bulk review campaign.

The pricing page says there’s a 14-day free trial, and your billing date is the day the trial ends. You can switch between Starter and Pro at any time, with changes taking effect on your next billing cycle. NiceJob accepts major credit cards. Considerations before you sign up
NiceJob’s terms of service (last updated August 27, 2023) set out how billing and cancellation work:
- Monthly auto-renewal. Fees are charged monthly by credit card and renew at the end of each monthly term unless you cancel in time.
- How to cancel. Give written or in-app notice before the end of the current monthly term. The terms say cancellation isn’t valid until you receive confirmation, so keep that email.
- Price changes. NiceJob can change fees with at least 30 days’ notice before the end of the current monthly term.
- Your content. The terms say termination may result in deletion of your content, and NiceJob isn’t obliged to provide a backup. Export anything you want to keep before you cancel.
- Setup. NiceJob says most businesses are running in under 30 minutes, and its pricing page says it helps you get set up.
Is NiceJob worth it? A worked example
This is an illustrative scenario, not a real client.
A window cleaning company with three crews closes about 60 jobs a week in Jobber. The owner has been meaning to text customers his Google review link for months but rarely does.
- He starts the 14-day trial on Starter and connects Jobber, so every closed job triggers a request and a follow-up.
- He leaves the request wording neutral and sends it to every customer, not just the ones his crews think were happy.
- He writes replies himself rather than paying for Pro, since he only needs the review side.
- Before the trial ends, he compares $75 a month with the reviews collected and the time he’d spend doing it by hand.
For him, Starter makes sense. A solo cleaner with eight jobs a week could get most of the same result from a manual text with a Google review link and no monthly fee.
