Uberall Pricing: Plans, Add-Ons, Contract Terms and Cheaper Options
Uberall doesn't publish prices. Here's what its three plans and add-ons include as of September 2026, what its terms say about setup fees and renewals, and cheaper listings tools.
Uberall doesn’t publish its prices. As of September 2026, its pricing page shows three plans, Show Up, Stand Out and Connect, each marked “request pricing,” and the route to a number is a demo. What you can read in advance is what each plan includes and Uberall’s US terms, which say fees are non-refundable, usually include an annual subscription fee plus a one-time setup fee, and can rise each year by the greater of US inflation or 5%.
This guide covers the plans and add-ons Uberall lists, what its terms say, what to ask sales, and the cheaper listings tools that do publish prices. Everything about Uberall here comes from its own website and terms, checked in September 2026. We don’t repeat third-party price estimates, because they can’t be checked against Uberall’s own pages. Pricing changes, so check Uberall’s site and your written quote before you decide.
What Uberall is and who it’s built for
Uberall is a location marketing platform for businesses with many physical locations. It manages business listings (name, address, phone, hours and more) across directories and maps, collects and answers reviews, publishes local social posts, and builds store locators and local pages. Its pricing page describes “flexible pricing for multi-location brands.”
Uberall’s own company information page says it isn’t the right fit if you’re “a single-location small business looking for a free or very low-cost tool.” If that’s you, skip to the cheaper options below.
Uberall’s plans as of September 2026
None of the plans shows a price. Each one builds on the one before:
| Plan | What’s included | Add-ons offered | Price |
|---|---|---|---|
| Show Up (“Improve your visibility”) | Uberall essentials and Listings | Posting to Google and Apple, Analytics Plus, Collaborate Plus | Request pricing |
| Stand Out (marked “Popular”) | Uberall essentials, Listings and Reviews | Posting to Google and Apple, Reviews Plus, Analytics Plus, Collaborate Plus | Request pricing |
| Connect | Uberall essentials, Listings, Reviews, Local social, and Posting to Google and Apple | Reviews Plus, Analytics Plus, Collaborate Plus | Request pricing |
What each part covers
- Uberall essentials: location data management (address, phone, hours, photos and videos, scheduled and bulk updates), unlimited users, a Local Performance Score, benchmarking, dashboards, Local SEO, Google and Apple reports, the mobile app, and support.
- Listings: its core listing partner network, duplicate suppression, keyword recommendations, publisher and user suggestions, profile protection, voice network optimization and a listings report.
- Reviews: an inbox, AI review responses, automated responses, review generation by email and bulk QR code, a response library, alerts and a review management report.
- Local social: posting and comments on Facebook and Instagram, posting on Google, Apple Showcase, other directories and local pages, AI writing tools and a publishing calendar.
Add-ons
- Reviews Plus: sentiment analysis, AI bulk replies, review tiles and AI guidelines.
- Analytics Plus: competitive intelligence and industry benchmarking.
- Collaborate Plus: flexible user permissions, SSO, white label, and approval workflows for location data, reviews and local social.
- Separately sold products: Locator and local pages, GEO Studio (which tracks visibility in AI search and has its own plans), and Social Ads.
- Other services listed: review management support, Google Pro Services and a Doctor.com integration.
Uberall also says 50+ integrations are included. We didn’t find a free trial on the pricing page; the calls to action are “Get your demo” and “Book a demo.”
What drives the cost
Uberall doesn’t publish a formula, but its terms describe how fees are built. The US General Terms and Conditions say you pay “based upon the Charge Metric” for each product, which is the unit of measurement set in your order. From the pricing page and terms, the main levers are:
- The charge metric. Uberall doesn’t say publicly what the unit is. Its pricing is pitched at multi-location brands, so ask whether your quote is per location, per product or something else.
- Plan level. Reviews and local social are only included from Stand Out and Connect.
- Add-ons. Reviews Plus, Analytics Plus, Collaborate Plus, locator pages, GEO Studio and Social Ads each add cost.
- Setup. Unless your order says otherwise, fees include a one-time setup fee.
- Overages. If usage exceeds your charge metric, you’re billed for the overage as set in the order.
Contract terms to check before you sign
Uberall’s terms page links separate general terms for each Uberall company and product-specific terms for each product. The General Terms and Conditions of uberall Inc. (last updated May 18, 2026) are the ones for most US customers. The main points:
| Item | What the terms say | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| What you pay | Unless the order says otherwise, an annual subscription fee, a one-time setup fee, and other fees under the charge metrics | Budget for setup in year one |
| When you pay | In advance, unless the order sets other payment terms; invoices due within 30 days | Expect to prepay the year |
| Refunds | Fees are non-refundable | No refund if you stop using it mid-term |
| Yearly increase | Uberall may adjust fees annually by the greater of the US Consumer Price Index change or 5% | Budget for a possible rise of 5% or more each year unless you negotiate it out |
| Renewal | Renews automatically for the renewal period in the order unless either side gives written notice by the deadline in the order; if none is set, that’s three months before the term ends | A three-month notice window is easy to miss |
| Late payment | Interest at 1% a month or the legal maximum, whichever is less, plus collection costs; Uberall may suspend access | Watch invoice dates |
| After it ends | You stop using the products and must return or destroy Uberall materials | Ask how you’ll export your data before you sign |
How to get an Uberall quote, and what to ask
- Count your locations and list your directories. Know how many addresses you manage and which sites matter most (Google, Apple, Bing, Facebook, Yelp and any industry directories).
- Decide which plan you need. If you only need listings, Show Up may do. If you need review replies across locations, you’ll be looking at Stand Out or above.
- Book the demo. That’s the only route to a price.
- Ask these in writing:
- What is the charge metric, and what’s the price per unit?
- What is the one-time setup fee?
- Which add-ons are in the quote, and what does each cost?
- What’s the initial term, and what’s the non-renewal deadline?
- Will you cap or waive the annual increase?
- What happens to our listings data and review history if we leave?
- Compare with a tool that publishes prices. That gives you a benchmark per location.
A worked example: 40 locations
This is an illustrative scenario, not a real client.
A regional chain of 40 auto service centers wants accurate hours on Google and Apple Maps, and one place to reply to reviews from every location. Its marketing lead does three things before signing:
- She asks Uberall for a Stand Out quote with the setup fee and the per-location price shown separately, plus the price of Reviews Plus if the team wants bulk AI replies.
- She prices the same 40 locations with tools that publish rates, such as Synup’s Scale plan and BrightLocal’s 31 to 40 location band, to see the gap.
- She asks for the annual increase to be capped and the non-renewal deadline to be written clearly in the order form.
The decision then rests on whether Uberall’s enterprise features, such as approval workflows, SSO and local social tools, are worth the difference for her team.

Our free platform
This one is ours, so weigh that. Our free platform tags every page-one result for your name as positive, neutral or negative; watches for new reviews and mentions and alerts you when one needs a reply; tracks every result as owned pages climb and old ones slip; and reports back every month in plain English. It is not a listings tool: it doesn’t sync your details to directories, and it has no multi-location dashboard, review requests, webchat, payments, integrations or AI replies. If you need listings management across many locations, you need a tool like Uberall or the ones above. If you want to know how your business looks in search, start with a free reputation audit, or see our Google Business Profile management service if you’d rather hand that part off.
Other tools
For single locations, a well-maintained Google Business Profile does much of the work for free; see our guide to Google Business Profile optimization, and don’t forget Bing Places and Apple Business Connect, which are also free to claim. For published-price tools, see our BrightLocal pricing, Moz Local pricing and Synup review guides. If you’re comparing enterprise quotes, our Yext pricing guide covers the closest like-for-like option.
